1. Overview of Luxescapes Realty

1.1 Luxescapes Realty offers a stunning 3BHK Sea View Apartment with a common swimming pool. This modern and spacious features breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean from the bedroom, an open-concept living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and three generously sized bedrooms with stylish bathrooms, including a bathtub.

1.2 The property is located in a scenic hillside, offering a private and secluded setting, just a short stroll from Mall De Goa, providing a touch of luxury. The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably, making it ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends.

2. Amenities and Features

2.1 Apartment Features: Enjoy stunning sea views from the living room and bedrooms, large windows and doors that enhance the natural indoor/outdoor flow, and a private balcony. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area for your convenience.

2.2 Additional Amenities:

3. Guest Access and Extra Amenities

3.1 Parking: Designated parking is available for two- or four-wheelers. Additional vehicles must be parked outside the apartment premises at your own risk.

3.2 Wi-Fi & Backup: Complimentary, high-speed Wi-Fi is available for guests. Work from home with ease, supported by a generator power backup.

3.3 Security Deposit: A mandatory security deposit of INR 15,000 is required at check-in. This deposit is refundable if no damages occur during your stay.

3.4 Special Occasions: For special occasions like anniversaries or birthdays, inform us at the time of booking, and we can arrange something special for an additional, minimal charge.

4. Use of Property

4.1 You agree to use the property only for its intended purposes. You must not engage in any activities that may cause damage or interfere with the enjoyment of the property by other guests.

4.2 Luxescapes Realty is a private property, and any damage caused during your stay may result in forfeiture of the security deposit or additional charges.

5. Booking and Payments

5.1 All bookings must be made via our website or by contacting our team directly. Payment must be completed prior to your check-in date.

5.2 Prices for the property may vary based on availability and dates selected. Luxescapes Realty reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms outlined at the time of booking. Please refer to our cancellation policy for further details.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Luxescapes Realty is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the property.
